How do I log in to my account?

1. Go to the MyAviva log in page
2. Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy.
3. Enter your password.
4. Select your Aviva Motor policy, then choose Details.

I've forgotten my user name or password

In order to reset your password, you'll need to know your username. This is likely to be your email address.

You'll be asked some questions to confirm it's your account and an email will be sent to you. It may not arrive immediately, so check back in a little while. It’s also possible it landed in your junk folder.
