How can I contact you?

Here at Aviva, we keep costs low by offering insurance you can manage yourself online. This means that we don’t offer a call centre service or a telephone number that you can call for customer service queries.

You can save time and money by managing your policy yourself online, anytime, without having to contact us. Log in to MyAviva, select your policy, and choose Details. You can:

  • View, download and print policy documents
  • Make changes to your policy without any administration fees
  • Upload your proof of No claim discount (NCD)

If you need to make a claim, please  visit our claims support page where you can find the phone number to speak with one of our dedicated claims handlers.
