Do you cover subsidence?

We do cover subsidence. The standard excess for subsidence is £1000 but if your area is deemed to be particularly prone to subsidence this excess may increase.

If you claim from us for subsidence, we may offer to continue cover for the new purchaser, should the policyholder sell the property.
