We don't currently offer to cover any holiday homes. If you are renting a property and you are the main occupier/tenant we may be able to offer you contents cover.
Your policy automatically covers you for a maximum of 6 lodgers or paying guests, but will exclude theft, attempted theft and malicious damage by paying guests and any cover for your lodgers belongings.
We would decline Bed and Breakfast cover and Airbnb lettings, where your property is solely occupied by the guests, as this is classified as ‘extensive Business’ use.
If you intend to offer your property as a Bed and Breakfast or let it out solely for Airbnb use, then you will need to cancel your policy with us and arrange alternative cover elsewhere.
