Does buildings insurance include tracing or accessing leaks?

If you have Aviva Online or Aviva Premium buildings cover, we include cover for tracing and accessing leaks as standard up to the limit shown on your Policy Schedule.

We’ll pay to find the source of the leak and make good after the leak has been fixed.
