How can I change my payment details?

You can use your Aviva Home account to change your payment details before renewing your policy. Here’s how:

1. Log in to MyAviva.
2. Select your Aviva Home policy, then choose View renewal details.
3. Look for the My policies section and select Renew with changes.

If you pay yearly, go the Payment Summary section of your renewal screen and choose Use new card to amend your card details. If you pay monthly for your policy, then choose Edit to enter your new bank account details.

At renewal you can also change from paying yearly to paying monthly and vice versa.

If you switch from paying yearly to paying monthly, we'll ask you to pay an advance payment followed by 10 instalments. You must make regular monthly payments as per the terms and conditions of your policy.

Please note that once you’ve selected your payment frequency, you won’t be able to change it until the policy is next due for renewal.
