How do I change my address?

You can change the address on your policy through your Aviva Motor account. Here’s how:

1. Log in to MyAviva.
2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, then choose Details.
3. Scroll down to the My policies section.
4. Find the policy you wish to change and choose Make a change.
5. Select Change address.

You can change your address, see how it will affect your premium and make any extra payments. If your policy hasn't started yet, you'll need to set the 'effective date of change' to be the same as your start date.

Aviva Online and Aviva Premium motor cover is on a different system to other Aviva policies, so if you have other policies with us, you’ll have to change your address details for those separately. You’ll be prompted to do this once you’ve followed the steps above.
