What if I've changed my email address?

Once you've set your email address as the user name for your Aviva Motor account, it can’t be changed. You can change your contact email address to make sure we can get in touch with you about your policy, for example, to send you renewal information or to keep you updated on the progress of a claim.

If you'd like to change your contact email address, it's best for you to do it yourself online through your Aviva Motor account – otherwise we'll have to charge you an administration fee. It's simple to change:

  1. Log in to MyAviva.
  2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, then choose Details.
  3. Select the Your profile tab at the top of the page.
  4. Update any of your details as required.

Aviva Online and Aviva Premium motor cover) is on a different system to other Aviva policies, so if you have other policies with us, you’ll have to change your address details for those separately. You’ll be prompted to do this once you’ve followed the steps above.
