As standard, our Comprehensive insurance provides you, your partner and named drivers with  £2,500 per policy year in the event of death, loss of limb, loss of sight or loss of hearing following a car accident.

If you have a Comprehensive policy, you can increase the level of protection if you choose our optional Increased Personal Accident cover.  Our optional cover will pay an additional £60,000 or £120,000 for each insured person, per policy year for loss of limb, loss of sight, loss of hearing or death.

You can add on Increased Personal Accident cover by following these steps:

1. Log in to MyAviva.
2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, and then choose Details.
3. Scroll down to the My policies section.
4. Find the policy you wish to update and select Make a change.
5. Go to Change or add cover.
6. Select Increased Personal Accident and continue to make a payment.

Please note that this cover won’t apply to any claims that have already happened.
