If we can’t automatically validate your proof of No claim discount (NCD), you'll need to send us a copy of your proof from your previous insurer. The proof will usually take the form of a renewal invite or cancellation letter from your previous insurer. If you don’t have these to hand you can ask your previous insurer to send you a separate headed letter by post or email confirming your No claim discount.
Unfortunately, we can't contact your previous insurer on your behalf. Please make sure the proof meets our requirements before sending it to us.
