What’ll happen after I’ve sent you my proof of No claim discount?

Once you’ve uploaded your proof of No claim discount (NCD), we’ll check it against our acceptance criteria. We'll then send you a confirmation email within two working days.

If the NCD on your proof matches the NCD on your policy, this email will be to validate your insurance.

If the NCD on your proof is different from the NCD on your policy, we’ll:

  • change the No claim discount on your new policy, which could affect your premium
  • send you an email to explain we’ll collect the additional premium in 14 days.
