You can change the account or card you use to make a payment.
You can’t change your Direct Debit date.
You can change whether you pay by monthly Direct Debit or annually at renewal.
To update your credit or debit card, or the account you use to pay for your monthly Direct Debit, just follow the steps below:
- Log in to MyAviva.
- Select your Aviva Motor policy, and then choose Details.
- Scroll down to the My policies section.
- Find the policy you wish to update and choose Change policy.
- Select the option to Change payment details.
- Enter the date you’d like the change to take effect.
- Enter the new details and confirm your changes.
