What if you’ve collected a payment after my policy’s been cancelled?

We’re sorry that a payment has been collected after you’ve cancelled your policy.

When you cancel your policy, we already may be in the process of applying for a payment. This might mean that we process a payment within five working days of your cancellation date.

We’ve already factored this collection into your refund amount, so you’ve not been overcharged.

You can review the details of any transactions related to your policy by following these steps:

  1. Log in to MyAviva
  2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, and then choose Details.
  3. Scroll down to the My policies
  4. Find the policy you wish to see.
  5. Select View payment details.
