How can I check what payment details I use for my policy?

If you’re not sure what payment details we currently hold for you, you can check by logging into your Aviva Motor account. Here’s how:

1. Log in to MyAviva.
2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, then choose Details.
3. Scroll down to the My policies section.
4. Find the policy you wish to update and choose Change policy.
5. Select Change payment details.

Here, you can see all your payment information, then simply choose back to return to your policy options.
