If I decide not to renew my policy, what do I need to do?

If you decide not to renew and your policy is set to automatically renew, you can cancel like this:

1. Log in to MyAviva.
2. Select your Aviva Motor policy, then choose View renewal details.
3. Look for the My policies section, then choose Cancel renewal.

If your policy is not set to automatically renew, then you don’t need to do anything. We’ll cancel your policy automatically at the expiry day unless you renew it before that date. We’ll send you a final reminder before the expiry date to check that you have alternative cover in place.
