How do I log in to my account?

  1. Go to the MyAviva.
  2. Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Select your Aviva Online or Aviva Premium policy, then choose Details.

I've forgotten my password

To reset your password, just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Trouble signing in? link.
  2. Select I don’t know my password.
  3. Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth.
  4. If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Follow the Reset my password link.
  6. Set a new password.

If you don’t receive the email please contact us.

Please note you’ll only be able to request to reset your password once within a 15-minute period.

I've forgotten my username

To retrieve your username, just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Trouble signing in? link.
  2. Select I don’t know my username.
  3. Fill in your details and we'll email your username within 10 minutes.

My account is locked

To unlock your account, just follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Trouble signing in?
  2. Select My account is locked.
  3. Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth.
  4. If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Follow the Reset my password
  6. Set a new password.

If you don’t receive the email please contact us.

Please note you’ll only be able to request to unlock your account once within a 15-minute period.
