- Go to the MyAviva.
- Enter your registered email address as your username - this will be the email address you used when setting up your policy.
- Enter your password.
- Select your Aviva Online or Aviva Premium policy, then choose Details.
I've forgotten my password
To reset your password, just follow these steps:
- Choose the Trouble signing in? link.
- Select I don’t know my password.
- Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth.
- If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Follow the Reset my password link.
- Set a new password.
If you don’t receive the email please contact us.
Please note you’ll only be able to request to reset your password once within a 15-minute period.
I've forgotten my username
To retrieve your username, just follow these steps:
- Choose the Trouble signing in? link.
- Select I don’t know my username.
- Fill in your details and we'll email your username within 10 minutes.
My account is locked
To unlock your account, just follow these steps:
- Choose the Trouble signing in?
- Select My account is locked.
- Enter the account holder's email address and date of birth.
- If the details provided match an account, we’ll send you an email with a link to reset your password.
- Follow the Reset my password
- Set a new password.
