You can use MyAviva to change most of your details - this is free and easy.
You can make the following changes online:
- Edit Contents
- Edit property details
- Change your address
- View your claims
- View your policy documents
- View your account statement
- Edit your personal details
- Add a joint policyholder
- Edit cover/add cover options
- Edit payment details
- Cancel your policy
- Opt in or out of Automatic Renewals.
There are a few changes you can't do online, though. Please contact us here if you want to:
- Change policyholder's or additional policyholder's dates of birth
- Change No claim discount
- Remove claims (you can add a claim via MyAviva)
- Remove a joint policyholder
We reserve the right to apply an administration charge of up to £30 (plus Insurance Premium Tax at the appropriate rate where applicable) for any adjustments you ask us to make to your policy, other than those mentioned above.
