How can I check if my policy is on auto-renewal?

You can check if your policy is on auto-renewal by logging into your Aviva Home account. Here’s how:

  1. Log in to MyAviva.
  2. Select your Aviva Home policy, then choose Details.
  3. Scroll down to the My policies section.
  4. Find the insurance policy you wish to see.
  5. Choose View payment details.

If you opted in for auto-renewal when you purchased the policy, we’ll collect your premium at your next renewal date.

If you paid yearly for your policy using a Visa Electron or Maestro card, then you wouldn't have had the option to opt into the auto-renewal process. In this case, you'll need to log into your Aviva Home account to renew your policy before the expiry date.

If your policy started when you were under 18 years of age and you chose to pay by Direct Debit, we’ll not be able to automatically renew your Direct Debit and policy. At renewal you’ll need to go into your Aviva Home account and review the new policy and payment terms before making any necessary changes and accepting the renewal price.
