I haven’t heard about my renewal, what shall I do?

We’ll send a renewal invite email to you at least 28 days before your renewal date and will let you know everything you need to do to renew your cover. The renewal email will be sent to the most up to date email address we have on the policy. We’ll also send an email if we can’t offer you a renewal.

If you haven’t received the renewal invite, you can access your renewal like this:

  1. Log in to MyAviva.
  2. Select your Aviva Home policy, then choose View renewal.
  3. Look for the My policies section.

All policies that are due for renewal will be highlighted on this overview page.

If your policy is set to automatically renew, you won’t need to do anything and we’ll renew the policy using the payment details you currently have in your Aviva Home account.
