Please note that our claims team can only help you with claims-related questions.

We'll be able to help you faster if you have some or all of these details to hand when you get in touch:

• Your policy number
• The registration number of your vehicle and any other vehicles involved
• The names and addresses of anyone else involved in the incident, including your passengers
• Specifics about what happened and the damage to your vehicle
• Reference numbers from the police, if they were at the scene
